Admissions

The school has a Nursery provision within the Foundation Unit for children from the age of 3.  Children can attend Nursery for a half day session using the 15 hour Early Years' Funding.  With effect from January 2017 we are pleased to offer extended provision within the Nursery setting either at lunchtime 12pm to 1pm or for the afternoon session 12.15pm to 3.30pm.  The school also provides 30 hours funding for nursery pupils who are eligible.  Please contact Mrs Shepherd at the school office for more information.

Further details regarding admission arrangements, over-subscription criteria can be found in the School Admissions Policy.  A paper copy can be obtained from the school office.  The Local Authority deal with our admission and appeal arrangements.

The Nursery offers three intakes during the academic year: September, January and April.
 A starter pack will be given to parents at an induction meeting/visit before your child starts school. The nursery and reception class work closely together to deliver the Foundation Stage curriculum.
